Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Strict implementation of credit terms and conditions
- Reporting function: account receivables aging, delays and defaults in accounts
- Coordination with the collectors for invoice countering and collection schedule
- Organize and maintains account receivable, customer files and records
- Generate invoices, verify of deposits and posting of account receivables
- Review customers on credit hold and release orders as necessary
- Reconciliation of accounts and forwarding copy of invoices to customers/clients as required
- Other tasks as assigned by the Management
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must possess a bachelor’s degree or a Graduate of any Business-Related course
- At least 2 years working experience in the related field
- Experience in Credit & Collection is a must
- Knowledge in SAP application is an advantage
- Must be organized and keen to details
