Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Review documents’ completeness
- Process Check Preparation for suppliers and Outgoing payment on AP
- Preparation of Check Voucher and validation of Request for Payment (RFP)
- In-charge for processing payments thru Fund Transfer
- Process Cash Advances and review Liquidation requests
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must possess a bachelor’s degree or a Graduate of any Business-Related course
- At least 1-3 years working experience in the related field
- Preferably with experience in Customer Service or equivalent
- Strong analytical and time management skills
- Detail-oriented and can work with minimum supervision
- With effective communication skills
- Ability to manage suppliers' demands and expectations
- Knowledge in SAP application is an advantage
