Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a market research policy that will enable the company to identify sales opportunities.
- Carry out research, analyze results, and produce reports identifying relevant market trends and recommending appropriate policies and actions to be implemented by the company.
- Monitor research results to ensure that the policies and procedures adopted meet the company’s requirements.
- Support the production, sales and marketing functions, by providing them with research results which will assist in decision making.
- Provide a source of expertise to Managers and staff in carrying out market research.
- Maintain an awareness of developments in the field of market research to ensure that the company continues to apply the most effective policies and approaches.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachlor's degree in any related or equivalent course, discipline, or field.
- At least three (3) years of experience in a marketing role.
- Knowledge and experience of carrying out research and analyzing results.
- Numeracy and IT skills.
- Thorough knowledge of the company and its products.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
