Lead iOS Developer  

• Understand detailed functional and technical requirements. We collaborate on and thoughtfully debate all of the features on our product roadmap. Our specs reflect this deep care and insight.
• Provide expert technical and creative input. Our app is built but things can always be improved. We would love for you to help us improve the quality of the code and areas of the user experience.
• Build new features and deliver bug fixes efficiently and on time. We use Pivotal to track issues and Zeplin to share designs.
• Lead and help grow other developers on the team.
• Receiving feedback and using it to grow and improve.

We are looking for a well-rounded iOS developer with outstanding technical skills. Your primary focus will be development of our newly launched iOS app and its integration with backend services. You’ll be working closely with the founding team to launch new features and make optimizations. The ideal candidate is a fun person that takes pride in their work and our mission. Communication skills are key—we will empower you to do what you do best but you should feel comfortable sharing ideas and asking for help.

• At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience as a frontend iOS developer
• Experience with iOS Swift is a must
• Experience with Objective-C/Swift.
• Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.
• Experience with RESTful APIs.
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
• Experience with real-time architectures and messaging (Pub/Sub) technologies.
• Proficient understanding of Git.
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
• Knowledge of UI/UX standards is a plus.
• Big Plus: Familiarity with supporting services such as Facebook SDK, CleverTap (reporting & analytics SDK), Crowdflower (image moderation service), Twilio (SMS verification service)
• Experience working on both Agile and Waterfall-driven projects.
• Good written and spoken English skills.
