Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Learn new systems of clients and effectively transfer knowledge to subordinates.
- Lead designated team of Medical Billers, ensuring accurate and timely submission of deliverables.
- Coach subordinates and develop their skills.
- Assist Supervisor/Assistant Manager/Manager in directing the team towards the company's goals.
- Create accurate and compliant medical insurance claims.
- Assure timely submission of claims.
- Rectify claim denials with resubmission, appeals.
- Formulate and execute strategies to mitigate claim denials.
- Learn and implement specialty, state, carrier specific billing requirements.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduates of Medical allied courses (Nursing Physical Therapy, Medical Technology) is preferred but not required.
- Call Center / BPO experience is a must (at least 2 years), preferably from a Medical account.
- Understanding of the US medical insurance industry Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial insurance, contracted networks, coordination of benefits, desirable but not required
- Knowledge of principles, methods, and techniques related to compliant US healthcare billing, medical billing terminology, desirable but not required.
- Computer literate, above average data entry skills (minimum 50-60 accurate keystrokes per minute)
- Fast learner. Requires strong accuracy, attentiveness to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work with and maintain confidential information.
