Java Developer  

Vector is looking for a Play Framework Scala Programmer to join them in building a platform for running contests to be used by Ad Agencies and Sports Teams. You will be working with the biggest brands and sports teams to offer a world class product for our clients and experience for our users.

This opportunity will offer you the chance to work with experienced developers on many interesting and cutting edge technologies; Play Framework, Rabbit MQ, Elastic Search and Neo4J make up the core of the system.

Applicants will be expected to be familiar with software development process, we use bitbucket with Jira. Our team will work with you to help you succeed. We provide wideframes, designs and detailed specifications including arguments, returns and errors, and we welocome the input of our team members to contribute to the product to deliver the best product possible.

• At least 2 years of experience in field.
• Has experience in Java Scala, Play framework.
• Experienced in using Neo4j.
• Knowledgeable of:
  • Using software engineering's best practices.
  • Code reviews.
  • Debugging application/system errors on development, QA, and production systems.
• Candidates must be highly trustworth, with a high sense of integrity.
• Good English communication skills.
• Willing to work in Quezon City.
• Willing to start ASAP.
