Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible in end-to-end Recruitment Cycle for technical requirements.
- Ensures service delivery and compliance to the client standards by actively participating with client calibration, vendor meetings, town-halls and conference calls (quality and quantity check).
- Can confidently present oneself in client meetings, telecons and other business development functions.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field preferred, but not required.
- Good oral and written English communication skills
- Good understanding in multiple IT facets and current technologies -- IT Operations, Software Engineering and Infrastructure Services
- IT background preferred but not required
- Good client relationship management skills
- Able to fully grasp complex IT requirements quickly with good account management
- Has deep understanding in multiple IT and BPO businesses
- Work location: Makati City
