Junior Analyst / Senior Analyst / Management Associate  

What you’ll do

• You will become part of Japfa Group within the Strategic Operations/HR/Finance role
• Move to one of the expansion regions in Indonesia and have complete ownership of your role in a nascent organization as you and the team build a successful business
• Be the voice and face of our company. Manage in-person communications between us and local community
• Contribute to design and implementation of our Agribusiness solutions
• Strategize. Choose which projects the team should focus on and set a timeline to reach goals quickly
• Develop your people management and project execution skills. Be mentored by Indonesia’s top talents
• Be a process master. Constantly innovate and iterate to ensure maximum productivity in our processes
• Analyze data. You’ll perform thorough analysis of financial and operational metrics to properly allocate resources, guide initiatives and ensure high-quality experience are delivered to Vasham’s clients
• Manage efficiency. Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to streamline process

What you’ll need

• At least Bachelor’s Degree from top universities
• Leadership or internship experience from top organizations
• An interest in and passion for agribusiness
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with internal and external partners
• Data driven decision making mentality and sound business judgment through deep analytical thinking
• Thorough understanding of a variety of business models
• Ability to take initiative in a constantly-changing work environment
• Superb organizational skills and great follow through on tasks
• Be a problem solver at heart with a genuine interest in learning by doing
• Willing to work both in Jakarta and in operational region outside of Jakarta
