Operations Intern | OJT/Internship  

The Operations Intern will be immersed in the Operations Department of the company. This person is expected to have quality performance, as it would directly impact the overall operations of the company. Examples of such but not limited to cross-checking pertinent documents, administrative tasks for operations, sales calls, and attending and assisting events that coincide with the training period. The Intern will be trained in actual day-to-day business operations. The aim for the Intern is to assist and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Towards the end of the training period, this person should be able to provide a business structure analysis and exhibit an exemplary knowledge on business operations.

The primary role of the Operations Intern is to assist and shadow the Account Managers. He/She must then have the ability of multitasking and time management. It is the Intern's responsibility to efficiently work hand-in-hand with the team in achieving optimum results.

The position is unpaid and must be taken with the intention of earning college course credit.

• Open to all university students looking for on the job/training experience. Preferably, can start as soon as possible and be able to render 100-600 hours.
• Hardworking, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Having a great sense of humor is a big plus.
• Must be able to bring their own laptop.
