Food and Beverage Intern | OJT/Internship  

We are looking for OJTs/INTERNS for FETA MEDITERRANEAN RESTAURANT located in Annapolis St., Greenhills. The OJTs/INTERNS are expected to complete their internship for the length of the term required by the university/college. The position is unpaid and must be taken with the intention of earning college course credit.

The OJTs/INTERNS are expected to uplift the dining experience for the customers of FETA. We are looking for candidates who will have the patience, personality, and perseverance to thrive in this role. We expect them to provide an excellent overall dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and escort customers to their tables
• Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about recommended dishes, portions, ingredients, etc.)
• Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses
• Inform customers about the day’s specials
• Offer menu recommendations upon request
• Take accurate food and drinks orders
• Communicate order details to the kitchen ataff
• Serve food and drink orders
• Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems
• Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
• Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning
• Provide excellent customer service to guests

• Candidates must possess an undergraduate Bachelor’s/College Degree or Associate in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Food & Beverage Service Management, or Tourism
• Male or Female​​​​​​​
• Has pleasing personality and average communication skills both oral and written
• Customer oriented and attention to details
• Preferably at least 500 hours time requirement and available full-time
