Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Perform interior design assignment using professional concept and procedures.
- Work with clients to provide solutions to design problems.
- Perform programming efforts such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishing, and color coordination.
- Revise drawings and rendering.
- Assist in creating presentation materials.
- Organize files, materials, and showroom displays.
- Conceptualize and develop design solutions for high-end clients.
- Provide comprehensive guidelines upon project implementation.
- Provide latest innovations and trends in visual display, styling, and space planning.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Fine Arts in Architecture, Interior Design, or any related course.
- Professional license is an advantage.
- At least two (2) years of work experience in business development in an architecture or interior design related field.
- Knowledgeable in Retail Visual Merchandising.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and sales skills.
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Can develop and demonstrate ability to lead and manage a team
