Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Supply Chain Supervisor directs and leads the Supply Chain operations that cover, but not limited to, FG forecasting and inventory controlling. He/she also ensures item availability for delivery and develops strategic plans to improve quality and efficiency of operation.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Industrial Engineering Course or any Business related course.
- At least 5 years experience in related field with Supply Chain operations in a manufacturing firm.
- Experienced in managing Quality Management System tools.
- Good skills in problem-solving, communication, customer orientation, global business perspective, personal effectiveness, project management, leadership, team, and quality.
- Ability to communicate effectively on a technical level and across organizational lines.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
- Knows the delivery route of VISMIN areas.
- Has initiative and strong sense of work ethics.
