Branch Operations Specialist | SM City San Lazaro  

• Performs cashiering functions such as collection, disbursement, and replenishment of funds
• Assists in Sales meetings
• Handles customer communications and complaints
• Screens documents for insurance application, reinstatement, policy loan, surrenders, amendments and claims settlements
• Processes farmers claims and DepEdrefunds
• Screens requirements for licensing.
• Accomplishes Clearance Form as a requirement for the processing of Statements of Account of resigned or terminated agent.
• Releases Individual Retirement Fund and other agents’ benefits and compensation.
• Safe keeps, issues and controls pre-printed forms and office supplies.
• Maintains branch office facilities, fixture and equipment.
• Issuance and control of Agents Provisional Receipts and Express Coverage.
• Maintains and updates Sales Bulletin and Production Boards.
• Jet-screens insurance applications and issues policy contracts up to given limit of authority as needed

Also, performs the following conservation functions:

• Billing reminders and attending to the needs of orphan policies
• Reminding agents on payments of in force policies
• Assist in transferring business for lapsed policies that were not reinstated within 90 days
• Encouraging policy loan repayment
• Conservation effort at point of surrender
• Reinstatement campaigns
• Updating of clients’ contact numbers
• Reconcile floating items treated as “Premium Deposits” which were considered “No Policy Record”.
