Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsible for providing all sales generation support for the brokers assigned, agents and direct clients, installing of closed accounts and provides after sales service to existing accounts by coordinating with different work units of the Healthcare Division.
- Responsible in generating sales income for the company.
- Identifies new potential clients through cold calling and prospecting, generating appointments and establishing relationships, collecting appropriate account information and identifying appropriate contacts at each prospect.
- Establish good relationship and partnership with Agents, Brokers and Direct clients.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Preferably with work experience in Healthcare or Insurance Industry
- College degree, any Business or allied Medical course
- Experience in sales in Healthcare/Group Medical Insurance and Customer Service
- With above average written and verbal communication skills
- Highly motivated and results-oriented
- Capable of initiating high-level contacts
- Strong understanding of customer needs
- Excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills
- Ability to work with quotas and goals
- Excellent presentation skills
- Proficient in the use of word processor, spread sheet and presentation software
