Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Seek out leads from branch team.
- Advise clients on:
- How to minimize risk.
- Education planning, retirement planning, and estate planning.
- Provide assistance in setting up pension plans for family.
- Help individuals, businesses, and families select the most appropriate life insurance policies.
- Offer traditional life, variable universal life, health, disability, and long-term care insurance.
- Sell insurance policies to potential clients.
- Process applications of potential clients.
- Maintain the following:
- Reports and records of insurance policies.
- Regular contact with clients.
- Answer queries and questions that clients may have.
- Assist clients in servicing their policies such as amendments and surrenders.
- Assist beneficiaries when policyholders pass away.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least a Bachelor's/College degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, Commerce, or ist equivalent.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
