Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Liaison Assistant will provide full range of administrative and legal support including the following:
- Secure licenses and permits of the company in the BPLO, Bureau of Customs and Department of Energy.
- Process registration, increase (capital stocks), amendments (AOI and by laws and dissolution of company affiliates to Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
- Update and file General Information Sheet (GIS) and good standing.
- Process registration and updates to Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), payments of DST, CGT, and annual registrations.
- Process payment of Real Property Taxes (properties, plants, stations and machinery).
- Ensure Contract Management.
- Prepare contracts such as lease contract, dealership agreements, Memorandum of Agreements, suppliers’ agreement, etc.
- Maintain office logs and routing of documents for signatures such as Minutes and waiver of Meetings, secretary’s certificates, affidavits, certifications, memo, contracts for reviews, and bank documents.
- Provide assistance to other department such as Property, Human Resources, Accounting, Treasury, and Sales.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least a Bachelor’s/College degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Commerce, Marketing, or any equivalent course.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong personality.
