Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Attends and actively participates in classroom discussions and other learning methodologies, such as, but not limited to field training, demonstration, return demonstration, work-with and the like.
- Closely follows the schedule and submit the requirements/deliverables to be given by the assigned subject matter experts and mentors.
- Submits progress report journals for every course namely Sales, Operations, and Retail.
- Submits the accomplished evaluations forms namely Course Evaluation Form (CEF) for classroom discussion, and Work with Evaluation Form (WEF) for the field training.
- Thoroughly prepares the Innovation Project per course according to the set criteria to demonstrate Knowledge, Analysis, Innovation, and Presentation Skills.
- Observes the company rules and regulations and display the proper decorum and right attitude befitting a management trainee as a model.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering course or Business Management course from a reputable College or University.
- With significant OJT exposure or leadership experience in academic or community set-up.
- Preferably student achievers with academic award/s or distinction.
- Must be willing to start by January 2017.
