Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Issuing line numbers to drivers, attending to their concerns and queries.
- Checking the ATL of drivers in Sales Force with correct details (e.g. product,volume,plate number,drivers complete name).
- Double checking the status of SO in SAP (approved, qualification,rejected) with the corresponding ATL in SF.
- Answering customer calls and complaints regarding the operation's process, and everything that concern's with their driver inside the depot.
- Coordinating to Logistics team for scheduled deliveries on both white products & asphalt.
- Coordinating to operations (team leader, loader, checker) for smooth and fast loading of our urgent deliveries/pick-up advised by sales and logistics.
- Double checking with the required documents (e.g: DR,SI,LC,WC,COQ,WHARFAGE) before releasing the drivers/barge, to avoid customer complaints.
- Asking for KCP's permission/approval in the different case of manual printing of DR for both fuels/aspahlt and barge loading.
- Constant monitoring on returned/unretured DR's with NCNP & dated check, within 24hours only.
- Monitoring on Asphalt DR's not yet returned by our haulers assigned in visayas and mindanao areas.
- Updating the DR monitoring with regards to billing staff in the real time printing of delivery receipts and invoices.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Billing or Order Processing.
- Has SAP experience is an advantage.
- Very keen with details
- Applicants must be willing to work in Mariveles, Bataan.
- Willing to work in shifting schedule
- Willing to work during Saturdays and holidays
