Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Scout locations/sites of possible network expansion of Unioil Service Stations
- Negotiate with lot owners regarding acquisition of desired property and liaise with government agencies and institution for the registration of the same
- Conduct feasibility studies and other market studies for the properties acquired or for acquisition for investment review and dealership purposes
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Knowledge in conducting feasibility study and market analysis
- Knowledge in analyzing foot traffic of area or location
