- Handle complaints and provide appropriate or alternative solutions
- Close coordination with clients
- Manage social media accounts

Kualifikasi Minimum
- Experience working as Customer Support;
- Good oral and written communication;
- Able to work with minimal supervision;
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively;
- Okay with 5 working days and Morning Shift.
