Sales Representative - Chemical Division (Pasig)  

Report directly to the Sales Manager. Responsible for all sales and promotional activities of the Chemical Division including credit and collection, coordination with new product development, monitoring of competitor's activities, logistics coordination and customer satisfaction.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote products to potential customer
• Submit product sample to existing / potential customers and follow up results
• Seek out potential customers and make regular follow-ups or visits to customers
• Initiate action in case of customers complaints and oversee cases until corrective and preventive action has been completed
• Monitor customers' accounts receivables and ensure timely collection of accounts
• Gather relevant information on competitors' activities, prices etc. Investigate and recommend courses of action when sales are lost to competitors
• Coordinate with Logistics Department for availability and timely delivery of products
• Regularly submit forecast sales report and status report of customers and other documents required in the course of performing the job as sales representative as the company requires
• Achievement of set targets and sales quota
• Perform other duties and responsibilities which the job requires.

• Any Engineering and/ or Medical related Courses
• At least 2 years experience dealing with at least one of the major industries covered by the company (i.e. Paint, PVC, Plastic, Automotive Battery)
• Possess likeable personality andd good leadership skills
• Well verses in oral and written communications
• Preferably with computer skills for word processing and spreadsheet software
• Knowledgeable in ISO 9001 (Quality Management System)
