IT Associate  

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners;
• Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems;
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests;
• Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
• Testing and evaluating new technology;
• Performing electrical safety checks on the company’s computer equipment;
• Setting up accounts for new users and Maintenance of company website.
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time that will support organizational goals and objectives

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology;
• Three ( 3 ) years of experience specializing in IT/computer – software or programmer
• Knowledgeable in software development methodology
• Basic understanding of front-end (JavaScript, HTML, and CSS3)
• Familiar in back-end programming language (PHP and JAVA)
• Familiar in MSSQL and MySQL database;
• Basic understanding of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and Environments;
• Basic understanding of the integration of multiple data sources and database into one system;
• Familiar in data migration, transformation, and scripting;
• Basic knowledge in outputting data in different formats
• Basic knowledge of networking;
• Knowledgeable in software and hardware troubleshooting;
• Familiar with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Basic knowledge in project management.Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
