Mobile Application Developer  

The Mobile Application Developer is mainly responsible for the development of a consumer-facing mobile application. He/she will also gain experience in leading the design process and development of a widely distributed healthcare application.

Duties and Essential Job Functions

• Mobile application development (iOS and Android).
• Integration with APIs.
• Design and implement scalable software architecture and design patterns.
• Participate in and contribute to discussions with fellow Programmers, Project Coordinators, and Team Members.
• Document detailed application specifications.
• Lead fellow Developers in design sessions to ensure that all solutions are aligned to pre-defined architectural specifications.
• Work with QA and Support teams to identify / troubleshoot application code-related issues.
• Ship code and meet deadlines in an agile scrum environment.
• Contribute as a valuable team member in a high-growth company.

• Experience in developing native iOS applications or hybrid mobile applications using Ionic Framework or React Native.
• Experience with JavaScript and CSS.
• Experience with web frameworks (i.e. Laravel, Express) is an advantage.
• Good grasp of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Knowledge of database architecture and design.
• Ability to interpret written requirements and technical specification documents.
• Ability to code software according to published standards and design guidelines.
• Flexible attitude.
• Ability to perform under pressure.
