Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Present and secure approval for the proposed implementation plan on behalf of the company and telco-client
- Negotiate the commercial terms with the property owners and assure that rates are within the client’s approved matrix
- Ensure that works are completed on time, departmental costs are within budget
- Participate in the department meetings and provide status updates
- Utilize approved documentations and site acquisition management methodologies to ensure maximum project effectiveness.
- Ensure that the set targets are achieved within the defined timelines and periodical review.
- Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Hospitality/Tourism Management, Mass Communications, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
- Experience in Telecommunication and Sales is an advantage but not a requirement.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills and must have the confidence in doing client presentations
- Can represent the Company and Telco Operators to Governnment and Private Entities, Building Administrators, Property Owners and Mall Operators
- Must be solutions-oriented and has excellent time management skills
- Must be willing to travel
- Must be willing to work on field
