Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Supervises accounting team and ensure timely and accurate preparation of the Company’s financial statements
- Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; preparing special reports
- Responsible for the maintenance of the Company’s general ledger, accounts receivable, revenue distribution, Lapsing schedule, Inventory cost, Suppliers accounts, operating expenses and insurance records.
- Analyzing variances in records and initiate corrective actions in coordination with the Finance Analyst
- Coordinate preparation of external audit materials and external financial reporting
- Reviews and checks correct and timely processing, filing and payment of mandatory Governmental forms
- Oversees administrative activities such as fixed asset, warehouse inventory, and material and/or equipment purchases and any variances are appropriately taken up in the books
- Maintains accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts; defining accounting policies and procedures
- Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Accountancy, CPA is an advantage but not required
- With at least 7 years experience in Accounting
- Excellent leadership and planning skills
- Willing to work in Taguig City
