Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible in preparing, compiling, and sorting documents for data entries
- Ensure that all records are maintained and updated
- Check and validate all documents for accuracy
- Responsible in obtaining further information for incomplete documents
- Transcribe information into required electronic format by following data program techniques and procedures
- Maintain logbooks and records of activities and tasks
- Ensure data integrity and security all the times
- Keep the Immediate Superior informed of any changes in the system data
- Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any vocational or college degree
- Computer literate
- With knowledge on construction materials
- Preferably with experience working in a warehouse
- Excellent attention to details
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Strong time management and problem solving skills
- Willing to work in Taguig City
