Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Supervises and ensure timely and accurate preparation of the Company’s financial statements and Project P&L results
- Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; preparing special reports
- Responsible for the maintenance of the Company’s general ledger, accounts receivable, revenue distribution, Lapsing schedule, Inventory cost, Suppliers accounts, operating expenses and insurance records.
- Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements; assist in the preparation of the annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions in coordination with the Finance Analyst
- Direct internal audits involving review of accounting and administrative controls.
- Responsible for establishing system controls for existing financial systems and develops procedures to improve existing systems.
- Coordinate preparation of external audit materials and external financial reporting
- Reviews and checks correct and timely processing, filing and payment of mandatory Governmental forms
- Oversees administrative activities such as fixed asset, warehouse inventory, and material and/or equipment purchases and any variances are appropriately taken up in the books
- Maintains accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts; defining accounting policies and procedures.
- Guides other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policy; applying observations and recommendations to operational issues
- Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be a CPA

With at least 8 years experience doing the ff: overseeing, planning and directing the Accounting department; ensuring proper internal controls are in place and the Company complies with proper Accounting policies and procedures; and that timely and accurate Financial Statements are provided to Management.
