Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Reports to the area General Manager for resorts.
- Managing day-to-day hotel operations including staffing and guest services.
- Ensures proper hotel maintenance and upkeep.
- Monitors OTA’s (Online Travel Agency) rates and room allocations daily.
- Constant coordination with local TA’s for group and individual bookings.
- Monthly submission of the Management report to the Board of Directors.
- Supervise and direct hotel employees.
- Manage hotel in a safe, cost-efficient and profitable manner.
- Conduct inspections of guest rooms, public area, outside grounds and document repairs and cleanliness to ensure optimum upkeep, room cleanliness and overall hotel appearance.
- Review and monitor housekeeping maintenance, laundry, food and beverage services and special events functions to ensure hotel standards are met.
- Maintain highest possible standards of cleanliness and friendly staff.
- Maintain customer confidence by personally responding to and resolving complaints.
- Enforce values, policies and procedures.
- Responsible for overseeing recruitment, selection, orientation, training, coaching and counseling staff.
- Communicate all policies and procedures to entire staff and conduct regular meetings and to provide various information including company communications, policy reviews, local hotel activities and goals.
- Develop, implement and administer on-site programs to improve and maintain employee motivation and morale; ensure that employee-related issues are resolved in a manner consistent with company policies.
- Ensure development and maintenance of effective internal controls to assure safeguarding of assets.
- Serve as “Manager on Duty”.
- Provide other relief or back-up duties needed at the hotel including front desk coverage, housekeeping and other duties to ensure the optimum operation of the property.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Willing to relocate.
