Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Participate in the requirement analysis, process definition, solution architect & design and development, reviews (internal & external) and presentation
- Design, implement, maintain, support and optimize network and network security infrastructure solutions within the company, existing clients and future projects involving:
- Network (LAN / WAN / Wireless / SD-WAN)
- Security (Firewalls / VPN / Load Balancing / System Security / Proxy / AAA)
- ETC
- Serve as SME in advance troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization
- produce integrated solutions designs and support documentation
- Serve as an escalation point in resolving complex network problems and requiring extended skills and research
- Provide dat to day and On-Call (24/7) technical support for the Operations team; including assisting peers with issues and escalations
- Provide knowledge transfer with other teams and clients
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Background in Network Operations Centre, Configure Network or Firewall devices such as Cisco, Fortinet, Junper, PIX firewall, Checkpoint, Palo Alto.
- must be a CISCO CERTIFIED NETWORK PROFESSIONAL (CCNP)
- Minimum of 5 years of currently operational experience with network infrastructure and configuring and supporting of enterprise WAN technologies
- Minimum 3 years of current hands-on experience with network security technology
- Experienced with logical design models (L2/L3, VDC, Datacenter Zones, Spanning tree, VFR, VTP, VLANs, physical cabling)
- Experience in incident, problem, and change management
- Strong working knowledge and experience in configuring, troubleshooting, and managing multi-vendor routers, switches, and firewalls; hardening of Qos, Firewall policies and swithcing security settings
- Strong working knowledge of routing and switching including SDWAN, DMVPN, BGP, and OSPF routing protocols
- Flexibility to perform some work outside of normal business hours and on weekends
