Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensure accuracy and timelines or project documents
- Assist in creating presentation and materials and project documentations
- Track project documentation of the team
- Organize project documents of the PMO of the team - safekeeping and monitoring
- Monitor project certificates and acceptance
- Assist project engineers/managers in doing internal requests and processes for projects
- Monitor project invoicing and billing progress
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College graduate of any IT related course
- Computer literate especially in MS Office
- Highly organized
- Analytical thinker
- Coachable and willing to learn
- ITIL background is a PLUS
- Knowledge in Project Management
- Knowledgeable in creating Powerpoint Presentations
- Knowledge in MS Project
