Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensure the availability and reliability of the Network and Security of the Hospital infrastructure within the agreed SLA
- Lead, design, implement and document the development of procedures standards for IT Network & Security
- Participate in security incident management, security assessments, and vulnerability testing and make recommendations for corrective actions
- Monitor performance, system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning
- Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
- Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
- Provide answers to (technical) questions in a Request for Information(RFI) or a Request for Proposal(RFP)
- Support IT Manager in preparing and implementing Network and Security strategies
- Delegate, motivate, and mentor staff
- Liaising with project management teams
- Plan, monitor and control projects using the either PMBOK/PRINCE2 methodology
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of any four (4) or five (4) year collegiate course preferably in the field of Information and Communication Technology.
- Work-related experience of at least two (2) years in the field of Information and Communications Technology
- Experienced with products in the areas of Network Infrastructure.
- Certification in any of the following is an advantage
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
