Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Own, manage and drive assigned IT projects to their successful completion.
- Ensure deliverables/milestones in project plans are achieved within cost, schedule, scope, quality and delivery
- Follow Project Management Framework and corporate processes to execute projects ensuring compliance with all deliverables and stage gate reviews
- Effectively communicate and manage project expectations to team members and stakeholders in clear and timely fashion
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
- Track project milestones and deliverables
- Create and deliver progress and management reports, minutes of the meetings, project documentation, and presentations
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Knowledge in Project Implementation
- Knows how to present plans and projects
- Knows how to create project reporting
- IT or ECE graduate
- Knowledge in PMI methodologies
- Customer relations management
