About the position
As one of Southeast Asia's leading technology companies that provides comprehensive service in hotel and flight booking, Traveloka is looking for a Content Editor. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the local language version of Traveloka products and promotion materials. You have a passion for language and translations, and you are able to make sure that Traveloka products can benefit our local market with the highest standard of quality.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all copies in both English and local language reach high standard of quality across all campaigns, interfaces and landing pages.
- Collaborate with localization project teams, identify and solve linguistic problems.
- Create style guides for local language, in order to be used in all Traveloka communication channels.
- Support creation of creative and promotional materials in specific country.
- Review English and local language content produced/translated by copywriters and ensure localization quality.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 4 years of experience in e-commerce copywriting
- Fluency in English is a must
- Have a strong capacity of empathy in understanding online consumer behavior
- Critical thinking and ability to persuasively influence through storytelling
- Attention to detail with critical eye
- Have an ability to convey ideas and concepts to support content creation
- Self-driven in managing and accomplishing projects under tight deadlines and be able to work in a high demanding environment with minimum supervision
- Familiar with SEO basic knowledge
