Deskripsi Pekerjaan
• Assists heads in implementing HR policies and programs.
• Advises & assists Management in promoting sound employee-management relations.
• Prepares documents for employee movements.
• Prepares manpower reports
• Coordinates with relevant service providers and government agencies regarding benefits-related concerns
• Administrator of Human Capital Management System
Kualifikasi Minimum
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Knowledgeable in the salary structure
• Knowledgeable in compensations and benefits analytics
• Applicants must be willing to work in Taguig City.
• Full-Time positions available.
