Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Reports directly to the Accounting Manager.
2. Prepares invoices and statement of account.
3. Follows up collections from customers.
4. Prepares entries of petty cash fund replenishment report, subsidiary ledger and other supporting schedules.
5. Prepares audit schedules.
6. Maintains accounting files, records and reports.
7. Answers queries/clarifications regarding accounting matters.

Kualifikasi Minimum

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
Preferred: CPA

Work Experience:

One to Two years’ experience in Bookkeeping

Computer Skills:

Microsoft Excel skills
Preferred: Great Plains accounting software
