Corporate Planning Manager  

The position is primarily responsible for evaluating and recommending new business ventures and investments to Management and ensuring that Management is provided with useful information on a timely basis.

1. Undertakes feasibility studies on new business ventures and investments, and recommends projects worth undertaking to Management.
2. Spearheads the conduct of the Group’s Annual Stockholder’s Meeting (e.g. preparation of the Annual Report and Group presentation for the ASM) and quarterly Board Meetings (e.g. preparation of the Board Reports and presentations).
3. Reviews board meeting reports and presentations.
4. Organizes and facilitates the Group wide Economic Briefing Forum.
5. Provides relevant economic and business information and trends that would aid MCs in strategic planning.
6. Provides consultative services to member companies in relation to their strategic plans and strategic initiatives.
7. Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

• Candidate must possess at least a Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Economics, Finance or equivalent.
• Must have at least five (5) years of related work experience in corporate planning, business development or corporate finance.
• Must have strong background in business development (feasibility studies and investment analyses), strategic planning, corporate finance, business process analysis, industry/economic research.
• Preferably with background in organic farming/agriculture
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, presentation skills
• Applicants must be willing to work in Taguig City.
