Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prepare attractive menus based on nutritional standards
- Cook and present food creatively and innovative
- Monitor production to maintain quality and consistent portion sizes
- Supervise cost controlling for maintain budget and stock,
- Operational incharge in outlet/counter.
- Maintain hygiene and sanitation outlet/counter and area,
- Understand and well knowledge related with relevant competitor.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position especially experiences as Demi Chef, Sous Chef or Chef de Partie.
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- Has leadership skill, team work player.
- Willing to be located in Bandung Area.
