Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job role is mainly manage and responsible for all operational stores matters.
with following tasks:
- Handle 15 to 20 stores in achievement sales, commercial margin, and sales growth
- Monitoring in sales, margin, stock, displaying, promotion and all store activities
- Handle store opening project, business unit promotion program and store event
- Responsible for duty manager stores in coordinating and reporting
- Ensure all stores and business unit's display and concept based on regulation
- Handle training for display and selling skill
- Fulfillment human resources
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in any field.
- At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Has experiences handle eyewear and accessories in Optic Stores is a must.
- Well understood in Optometry field.
- Hold registration certificate of Optometrist is a beneficial.
- High driven, sales oriented, excellent in leadership, management and communication skill
- Has extensive social networking
- High attention on detail oriented and willing to work with numerical numbers.
- Willing to travel a lot.
