Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Menganalisa, mengkoordinasikan, dan memonitor penjualan Departmennya agar mencapai target sales, Margin, Shrinkage, Distribution Cost dan EBIT
  • Menciptakan kepuasan customer dalam berbelanja
  • Memastikan dan menjalankan standar service Toko sesuai definisi Service dari Trans Retail Indonesia

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Usia maksimal 35 tahun
  • D3/sederajat, diutamakan dari jurusan Marketing
  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja min.4 tahun di bidang Retail Department Store ternama dengan 2 tahun pengalaman sebagai Supervisor Area : Mens/ Ladies/ Children/ Bags/ Accesories/ Shoes/ Cosmetics/ Home
  • Memiliki kemampuan analisa finansial yang baik
  • Optimis dalam pencapaian target penjualan
  • Memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi yang baik
  • Berdomisili di area Semarang
