Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Monitor Account Receiveables that have passed the deadline.
- Collect the company's receiveables.
- Remind and create warning letter to the building tenants who are in debt.
- Coordinate with related parties.
- Check the incoming money at the bank.
- Create weekly AR collection report.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Has experiences in Account Receivables Shopping Mall or Property business.
- Required Skill(s): Negotiation, MS Office Word and Excel
- Has good negotiation skill, communication and persuasive.
- Team work player.
- Detail oriented and assertive.
