Information and Reports Officer  

The Information and Reports Officer's main responsibilities are to process, maintain, and update field force database and generate information reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Other tasks are as follows:

• Maintain territory program database.
• Generate territory program fulfillment reports.
• Monitor promotional materials (cycle item).
• Tag monthly offtake report and quarterly offtake trend analysis.
• Update territory alignment system (customer matrix).
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
• Ensure that all task and activities adhere to the local code, the WHO Code, and WN instructions.
• Write programs in a variety of computer languages, such as C++ and Java.
• Update and expand existing programs.
• Debug programs by testing for and fixing errors.
• Build and use computer-assisted software engineering (CASE) tools to automate the writing of some code.
• Use code libraries, which are collections of independent lines of code, to simplify the writing.

• Graduate of BS IT or BS Computer Science.
• Preferably male.
• Knowledgeable in Visual Basic, VB.net, C Language, C++, SQL and PHP
• Excellent in MS Excel application.
• Excellent problem-solving skills:
  • Analyzing information.
  • Software debugging.
  • Software development fundamentals.
