Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Coordinate with Sales teams on allocation requirements, budget splits, and deployment of materials for brand and channel campaigns.
- Create standard communication tools for sales teams, which include trade letters and budget / material allocation.
- Coordinate with agency and procurement team on cost estimates, production of prototypes, manpower deployment, and other related activities specific to brand and channel campaigns.
- Raise PO based on approved cost estimates and route approved PO to relevant parties.
- Schedule and arrange cycle cascade of brand and channel campaigns to sales teams and distributor partners:
- Booking of venue.
- Sending out of invites.
- Preparation of cascade materials, which may include printing of sales kits and distribution of samples.
- Track campaign and activity progress as well as post-evaluation.
- Do weekly progress reports on on-going customer marketing activities.
- Coordinate with sales teams and agencies in gathering activity data and insights.
- Gather documentation on activities.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Business.
- At least 2 years in a Trade Marketing or Customer Activation role under an established third party agency or distributor of an FMCG company.
- Field sales experience is an advantage.
- Good planning and time management skills.
- Attention to details.
- Action-oriented.
- Results-oriented.
- Good communicator.
- Proficent and competent in MS Office applications such as Powerpoint, Excel, and Word.
