Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide support on hard to diagnose or repair cases to dealers
- Attend quickly to newly found quality issues conveyed by dealers through repair support request
- Formulate field fix on vehicle concerms without countermeasure
- Initiate activities prior to new model launching to assure product quality
- Certification of second hand vehicles for used cars business
- Conduct training moduel and refresher course for dealer technical leader
- Establish new system or procedure to improve repair support operational efficiency
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Automotive or Technical/Engineering courses
- Has basic/advance knowledge in automotive
- Has technical report and writing presentation skills
- Has good data analysis
- Highly proficient in the use of MS Office Programs (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
- Excellent in oral and written communication skills
- Has good interpersonal skills
