Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Coordination and supervision of agency for driving services;
- Maintain and update company vehicle information;
- Process vehicle acquisition, replacement and disposal of company motorpool and vehicle assignees;
- Ensure all vehicle are ready for use;
- Direct and leads team member to accomplish equipment maintenance and motorpool tasks related to vehicle readiness;
- Establish feedback system to improve the existing motorpool process;
- Conduct periodic performance review of service provider;
- Implement kaizen activities for motorpool related utilities such as fuel, toll fees, driving services, etc.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Business Management;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Must possess administration, planning, analytical skills and management skills;
- Highly proficient in the use of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Willing to work on extended hours and go on official business trips;
- Must have a valid NBI clearance;
- Must be willing to work in Santa Rosa Laguna.
