Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The General Accountant’s primary responsibility is to assist with the preparation of financial statements and support schedules according to corporate timelines, monitoring the Company’s Fixed Asset, Prepayment and Accrual, BIR Compliance and supporting the general goals and objective of the company.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly BIR Compliance (Input/Output VAT, Withholding Tax, Income Tax, etc.)
- Monitoring and reconciliation of daily general ledger transactions
- Reconciling complex financial transactions, statements, records and reports
- Prepares journal entries
- Carry out monthly general ledger reconciliations
- Assist in preparation of year end closings and accompanying financial reports
- Monitor compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures
- Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports
- Maintain fixed asset register
- Maintain prepayment and accrual schedule
- Examine and verify financial documents and reports
- Assist with daily and monthly Treasury tasks
- Preparation of employee incentive
- Maintain and provide information to assist management to makin making strategic financial decisions

Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, CPA not required but a plus
- At least 2 year(s) experience in General Accounting
- Has experience in all facets of Accounting and Statutory Compliance
- With strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understand and carry out oral and written instructions
- Understanding of Accounting Computer System (SAP)
- Strong computer skills, in-depth exposure in using MS Applications
- Has proven the ability to solve problems and meet deadlines
- Comfortable doing multi-faceted tasks in conjunction with day-to-day activities
- Well-organized, detail focused, initiative, resourceful, pro-active and self-motivated
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Willing to work extended hours, holidays and on Saturdays

Toyota Bacoor, Cavite, Inc. (TBR) was incorporated on January 21, 2015 with the primary purpose of selling Toyota Brand motor vehicles and parts, as well as auto maintenance services including repairs.
TBR is located along Bacoor (formerly Molino) Boulevard, Barangay Mambog IV, Bacoor City, Cavite. Its location makes it accessible to the cities of Bacoor, Imus, Kawit and General Trias and neighboring towns.
The facilities of TBR include a total lot area of 9,500 sqm and total floor space of approximately 18,000 sqm. The facilities are designed to accommodate sales volume of upwards of 300 units of vehicles per month and repair volume of over 120 units each day. Service facilities include regular maintenance, general repairs as well as automotive body and paint shop. TBR will also covering used car sales as part of its operations.
