Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Support to define and develop the operational excellence strategy for the Philippines Shared Services Center with the goal of improving productivity, process capabilities, supporting process harmonization within a customer centric environment.
- Responsible for ensuring implementation and improvements to key performance indicator targets and progress reporting to monitor outcomes
- Establish and monitor customer and change management support mechanisms to support the various business process requirements
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to implement best practice processes.
- Proactively communicate, listen, learn and help process issues, address concerns, identify potential risks and improve overall processes and outcomes.
- Monitor compliance with controls and systems, and developing new processes to support the fast-growing Shared Services Center
- Implement tool and methodologies to ensure improved, measurable and sustainable processes for daily operations.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Experience of 5-7 years with relevant job and Senior Level Shared Services accountabilities
- Relevant Finance and Accounting undergraduate degree, preferably CPA
- Skills: Technically proficient – Finance & Accounting, trained in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, project management, and reporting
- Competencies: very good organization and communication skills coupled with strong leadership, high integrity, collaboration and decision-making capabilities in a diverse multi-cultural environment.
- Ability to convince stakeholders and interact with the topmost levels of management within the group
