Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Undertaking the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
- Maintains GM's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
- Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
- Attend to travel related activities – hotel bookings, flight reservations, etc.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Confident working alongside board-level executives and partners;
- Excellent organisational skills
