Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handling the dayto-day activities of the Purchasing department
- Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works
- Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data
- Assist in managing, monitoring and following up overseas orders.
- Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Management, Economics or related fields
- Minimum two years of Purchasing experience preferably with international purchase and retail background
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Flexibility to work well in a dynamic environment
- Ability to analyze and evaluate data
- Detailoriented, good communication (oral and written), analytical and problem solving skills
