Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Together with our team, you’ll help in strengthening our employer branding through our internal company-wide initiatives
  • Act as a thought partner for the Nakama Experience and People Team for the strategy and implementation of our internal communications and campaign
  • Create various online content to improve our employee advocacy while ensuring our brand consistency, company values, and tone of voice
  • Analyze success metrics of programs and utilize data-driven insights to craft strategies that align with our goals

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Final year student or a recent graduate with a GPA above 3.00, currently pursuing or hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Communications/Marketing/other related fields
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with great attention to detail
  • Ability to create creative ideations through various online platforms
  • Previous internship experience in marketing, HR or any related field is an advantage
