Social Media Specialist  

Tokopedia is looking for Social Media Officer for our potential new business venture, the hired applicant will be in charge to:

• Develop, implement and manage company social media strategy
• Define most important social media KPIs
• Plan and create engaging social media content to promote company product and services
• Manage and oversee social media content
• Measure the success of every social media campaign
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network

• 2 years of experience as a Social Media Officer or similar role
• Experience in developing social media marketing programs (organic and paid)
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
• Good understanding of social media KPIs
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
