Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Tokopedia is looking for Social Media Officer for our potential new business venture, the hired applicant will be in charge to:
- Develop, implement and manage company social media strategy
- Define most important social media KPIs
- Plan and create engaging social media content to promote company product and services
- Manage and oversee social media content
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 2 years of experience as a Social Media Officer or similar role
- Experience in developing social media marketing programs (organic and paid)
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
